Works description: Following on from successful works at the Moorgate building we were invited to survey the entire building’s doors and fire stopping to determine which corridors and rooms need their doors upgrading and/or replacing. This contract includes a heavy vetting process to allow access in to the building.
Summary of works:
- Carry out a comprehensive survey in excess of 835 doors; mixed between communal, office, various riser and vault area doors. These doors include specialist heritage doors and security doors.
- Carry out a survey of all fire stopping works needed in all riser areas of the building.
